So basically, aside from the deal I made with Nicole, Javi, and Mark,
I have had an agreement with Jimmy since early on to not put each
other up until final 5.
This was Jimmy's offer. He said we can reassess the situation then.
I didn't let him know it, but it was obvious from this offer that he had
an alliance of 4. I knew it was Lacey and Rickie early on. And I have
come to realize that Tara was the fourth. So her accidentally going
did eliminate one of his 4 and may have helped me a tad...but that
is not what I wanted to happen that round, AT ALL.
When I was up on the block last night, I talked a LONG WHILE with
Jimmy. I started out by just asking if I had his support for the vote.
Then Rickie started mind blasting Jimmy at the same time. She and Lacey
were begging him to vote me out. They told him that I have an agreement
with Nicole and Javi and that he has to get me out in order to win.
Turns out they were right, but Jimmy doesn't know this.
I tried everything in the book, minus selling Henry out, to get Jimmy on my
side.
First angle - we have an agreement to go to top 5. I have stood with you
when I didn't have to. Show me the same treatment.
But he was really stuck on how I hadn't put up Nicole or Javi and how Nicole
hadn't put me up. Clever.
I didn't know exactly how to get out of that one, cuz it made perfect sense.
It screamed alliance. Jimmy's own words.
Well I convinced him that I had personal reasons to put up Rickie and Lacey
and that I just figured Nicole and Javi were useless and that I had no reason
to target them yet.
I tried humor, jokes, logic, all kinds of stuff to keep him from making that move
to eliminate me.
I planted a seed that maybe there is a reason Rickie and Lacey want Henry around
so bad. Besides, Henry chose to save Rickie over Tara. Whereas I was trying to
get Rickie out.
This seemed to click in Jimmy's mind. He seemed to accept the seed that going to final 4
or 5 with Rickie and Lacey without me there as an ally was a bad move.
Apparently he has a gift that allows him to use 2 votes instead of one. So his two votes
plus Javi's one will be enough, without even having to count Nicole's tie breaker (which
was in my favor anyways).
So basically, this was the first day I had to do any work in this game. It was tough. Very
tough. But whatever I said, it seemed to work.
Henry contacted me after about an hour or two or Jimmy-talk to say that he was sad
I was campaigning against him. I wasn't using a smear campaign or anything, but
honestly I'm going to try a fee things to stay, especially when it's lame twists and his
mistake that would have me eliminated.
He and I could easily have made final 2 if he had just voted out Rickie. He is still my
favorite, but if I had made a mistake that bad in a game, I would accept if it came
back to bite me as well.
